Chair: Lucy is the Operations Manager at the New Wolsey Theatre with a broad experience and knowledge of charity administration, management and operations. Both inside and outside of work she has a passion for health and wellbeing, she is qualified in reflexology and is an accredited Mental Health First Aider.

Secretary: Michelle is the Assistant Head of The Chafford School. She has vast experience of working with young people to enable them to achieve their full potential. She has extensive experience of safeguarding and the provision of pastoral care. She has lived experience of mental illness and is an accredited Mental Health First Aider.

Treasurer: Leanne works as a senior economist for infrastructure consultancy Atkins and a part-time master student in Behavioural Economics, with interest areas in applying this to local socio-economic projects and wellbeing aspects of development.
